Instanymous is a web-based tool that allows users to view publicly available Instagram profiles, photos, and content anonymously without requiring an Instagram account or login. The Service acts as a viewer for public Instagram content only.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service. Operation of the Service may be affected by factors beyond our control, including technical issues, Instagram's platform changes, or third-party service disruptions.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using Instanymous, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission. All Instagram content displayed through our Service remains the property of Instagram users and Instagram, Inc.
We do not claim any ownership rights to Instagram content. All content accessed through our Service is publicly available on Instagram and is subject to Instagram's terms and the rights of the original content creators.

Our Service displays content from Instagram, a third-party platform owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Please note: We do not host, store, or upload any Instagram content. We only provide a viewer to publicly available Instagram content. For copyright concerns about Instagram content, you should contact Instagram directly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
- Instagram content will always be accessible or accurate
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSTANYMOUS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Instanymous and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instanymous operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any features or material we provide, at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Instanymous regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
